This 8.5lb (actual Crumrine = 8.7lbs, as pictured above) true 52 long, double hand stitched vegetable leathered, manually engraved zinc, copper, nickel and 24K gold dual plated masterpiece, true to the original actual Crumrine blueprinted artwork and size dimensions is virtually identical, with obvious realistic material limitations, as presented to Flair by the Crocketts 33 years ago In February 1986. Thick 4mm zinc and copper base plates. 100% hand carved/engraved tool worked face and side plates after master artwork stenciled on accurately sized material. After engraved, machine polished 8 times, then further detailed hand etched texture inside the lines and blank areas. Separate relief, heavy brass rope border soldered faithfully around face and side plates. Casted relief face and side plate gem settings and wrestlers soldered into place. Final dual plating process with nickel and 24K gold bits using electromagnetic machining creating the deepest, sharpest cuts, lines and curvature possible, then removable name plate screwed into place. Leather is 100% soft tooled tanned vegetable cherry blossom & burgundy leather, incorporating two custom cut, 52 slabs, first glued then double hand stitched with the ACTUAL vintage’80s Barbour’s grey flax thread utilized on Flair’s Crumrine. The finalized plates are attached to the leather strap with Chicago screws and all crown’diamonds’ and red’rubies’, comprised of genuine crystal applied.
